The woman suspected of killing a Boston police officer discovered dead in the cold in Canton last year was denied access to evidence on Wednesday by the judge overseeing the case, according to her attorneys, who claim she is being set up.

However, her attorneys have been asserting that she is innocent and that the name of O’Keefe’s real killer has been concealed – a claim that the prosecution calls a fishing expedition-fueled conspiracy theory.
